Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. Yoga is practiced in our school from class 1 to 10. To boost the concentration level and a healthy living we practice Suryanamaskara, Pranayama (Bhastrika, Anuloma Viloma, etc) Kapalbathi, Padmasana, Veerasana, Trikonasana, Varkasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, etc. Two minute Pranayama is a part of our school assembly.
